December 2016 Book of the Month

Hello internet friends. This month I was to recommend a book I purchased in seminary that really can help in ones personal study of the Bible.

How to Read the Bible For All Its Worth by Gordon Fee and Douglas Stuart. The Bible is not only for a learned “clergy” or people with the gift of learning and schooling. The Bible is for everyone and by implementing a handful of methods when reading the Bible, its pages will truly open up to the believer.

You can buy the book here.

This book will cover concerns you may have with the volume of translations on the market. You will learn about the different genres and what God was saying to the original audience as well as the modern one.

I highly recommend this book if you think you are not getting all you can out of your Bible. There is no reason to struggle when help is available.
